The question members ask most often is not "where is the resource?" but "is this the right approach?" The Expert Panel puts the people who can answer that a booking away.
Seventeen specialists have joined the panel, spanning behavioural science, transport psychology, evaluation, enforcement, education, communications and the Safe System. Toolbox members book them for short one-to-one sessions - to sanity-check an intervention plan, design an evaluation, or talk through a campaign before it is briefed - as part of their membership.
The panel sits alongside the masterclasses, where many of the same experts teach, and the research library, where their work is summarised. Together the three form the knowledge side of the Toolbox.
