Dark evenings: three short films and three posters, ready for your logo
A clock-change pack built in a fortnight, now available to every member in their own branding.
The clocks go back on the last Sunday of October and, for a few weeks, the school run home happens in the dark. Casualty figures for pedestrians and cyclists rise with it. This year members have a ready-made response: three short films and three vertical posters, made for the Social Media Library and released to the whole membership in the first week of October.
The films run at 15 to 20 seconds each and are built for phones. One asks drivers to slow down and look out for children on unlit stretches of road now that it is dark; one shows why hi-vis matters to a runner once the light goes; the third follows a cyclist. The posters pick up the same idea - "Now you see me. Now you don't." - with a child pedestrian, a runner and a cyclist stepping out of the glare of headlights.
The set was produced first for one member partnership's Be Bright Be Seen campaign, then made available unbranded so any member can run it. Branded versions, with the member's own logo and sign-off, are turned round on request.
All six assets are in the Social Media Library now, with the branded originals alongside as examples of how they land.
