Make Space: a pavement campaign about everything that narrows the pavement
Developed with Greater Manchester members and released to the whole Toolbox in English and Welsh.
Pavement parking campaigns usually start as an argument with motorists. Make Space starts somewhere else: pavements belong to everyone, and anything that narrows one - a parked car, a wheelie bin, an overgrown hedge, cafe furniture - pushes someone into the road. The campaign asks people to do one small thing at the moment it matters: "Look back. Check the gap. Make space."

The campaign was built with Greater Manchester members from an intervention plan by Dr Elizabeth Box, and released to the Toolbox on 16 September. It runs to seven scenes, each supplied as an A4 and A5 poster, a square social post and a 9:16 vertical, in English and Welsh - 56 assets in all, ready for a member's own logo.
The Greater Manchester version is rolling out across the ten boroughs this autumn. Every other member can run the unbranded set as their own.
